"We had a lovely room with a king bed. Clean and newly renovated. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Sue and Ed provided amazing service and a delicious breakfast with a huge selection of options. Shuttle drivers to the airport were Helpful and on time. Park and fly option was appreciated for our two weeks away. Great Christmas decor for the season in the lobby and buffet We would definitely book this hotel for our next stay in the area"

I asked for a new room and the same thing happened. Same thing for the third room. Both beds in all three rooms had hair on them. Finally asked for a clean seat of sheets and placed them on myself. Disappointing. "
