The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious. The staff was helpful, they had made a small mistake with my reservation but corrected it right away. WiFi was not the best but I was still able to work remotely.

Palacio del Inka, A Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott
We had some initial issues with our room - smell of sewage and poor functioning shower. Staff helped us to move to another room but this one did not have air-conditioning. Third time luckily we were fine. Staff at the hotel, were good. Special thanks to Josver who was excellent.

Loved the hotel! Excellent customer service The food at the restaurant was very good. Only thing our room felt warm even with the AC on. But we showered at night and that cooled us down. Wyndham Costa del Sol Cusco
Disappointed with our room on our first stay before we did the Inca Trail 2nd stay room slightly better but not great. For what we paid we felt that we didn’t get get 4 star accommodation.
