"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, du 18 au 21 septembre. L’hôtel est très agréable, propre et le personnel de la réception est toujours impeccable, accueillant et professionnel.
Petit bémol toutefois : ma chambre n’a pas été faite le samedi soir, alors que ce service est compris dans la prestation. C’est malheureusement la troisième fois que cela se produit, ce qui est dommage.

Il manquait les peignoirs et chaussures qu’on a réclamé à l’accueil. elle nous sort vous n’êtes pas en chambre deluxe, du genre pas des gens comme nous, alors qu’on réserve toujours en deluxe bref elle nous a ramené les peignoirs longtemps après. Les chaussures il n’y en avait plus. 4 eme fois dans cet hôtel, nous ne sommes pas sur de revenir une 5 eme fois."

We stayed at ibis Maisons-Laffitte for 4 nights / 5 days and had dinner at the hotel twice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect.
Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater.
Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings.
