"POSITIVE: Excellent stay as a family with young kids - we were upgraded to a spacious (two-bedroom) apartment at check-in, such a lovely surprise! From our balcony, we could spot the Matterhorn - amazing view! Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, fridge and dishwasher but not the basic condiments. Staff were friendly, and the onsite restaurants/shops added great convenience (slightly pricier but worth it). "The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. I definitely highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future."
