You get what you pay for. Basically a bed and bathroom. Breakfast is the same. Rice, egg, and a couple spoonfuls of your choice of meat.....its clean, and there's great dining in the immediate vicinity. I have no complaints.

Great budget hotel in heart of Coron

Great location in the center nearby to restaurants, the night market, and the Coron sign hike. Free breakfast plate every morning. Wifi only available in attached cafe restaurant/lobby. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, helped call tour office and arrange for airport shuttle. Room has AC.

Cheap, clean hotel, close to everything.

Nice little place, super friendly staff, hot water was broken when we arrived, but they fixed it right away. Good breakfast, it’s downtown, you can walk everywhere, 5 minutes walk to the boat tours. Not much around the city, but the boat tours are why you come to Coron, the islands is most spectacular places to see. 5 minutes on tricycle to the port, to get the ferry to El Nido. what amazed was that around 10p , i went to the hospial because i got sick,.The hospital around 10 mins away from the Ecolodge. The front desk was very helpfulll and made sure I got to the hospital immediately . Even one of their staff stayed with us to assist my husband for any help we would need that night. Thank you ecolodge for the wondeful services

Clean & confortable hotel in center of Coron town

The hotel is new. The rooms are clean and confortable. The service is excellent. The free breakfast as well. It is located in the center of Coron town. It is the perfect hotel between backpacker hostel and luxury hotel or resort. Very good quality / price rate.

Front desk staff is super helpful

The Coron Ecolodge is a budget hotel in the center of the continuously constructed, mostly unfinished and very busy small village of Coron (a beautiful place to dive wrecks, visit remote islands, track and enjoy nature). The key activity here is wreck diving and island hopping. The really good news is, that staff is super helpful and kind. It has a small but good restaurant with limited number of dishes, nevertheless clean and safe to eat (well tested). The free breakfast is good, they have several choices and they ask you the previous evening what your choice is for the following morning. Suggest you also add a time, like 6.30 am, so that it comes out warm and fresh from the kitchen. Front desk staff is super helpful, they will get you onto wi-fi, which is good once working (!); best in the opposite small restaurant (which also belongs to Ecolodge). Secret: if wi-fi still does not work, ask the front desk ladies to reboot the router (just unplug and plug in the power supply), wait 3 mins, and then try the password again. That should work. The surrounding area is a bit run-down, full of unfinished construction, nevertheless all safe even in the evening. There is usually loud music coming from neighboring restaurants until about 10 pm, but sometimes until later. The music is good, but a bit too loud. (You can fall asleep with your noise cancellation headphones and then later at night take it off... it works!) Suggest you purchase all your ferry, tour, etc. tickets here.

I got there only to be told that I didn’t have any reservations with them! I booked and paid through Expedia, w/c up to this time haven’t worked on my refunds! None of the hotel staff ever tried to help w/ the situation. All they kept on saying was that I didn’t have reservations w/ them!

Clean, Safe, and Air Conditioned

This hotel was good. Fair price, air conditioning that worked. A nice clean and safe place to sleep. No frills, but we had a wonderful stay. Free breakfast every morning was pretty good as well. The one con was that the wifi didn't work the whole time we were there, so we had to go across the street to use theirs.

Excellent Stay

Excellent and reasonably priced hotel. For first timers like us at Coron, it is centrally located to port, tour operators, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. Good location and the staff are all super nice and accommodating.

Don't stay here

Can't sleep here. That is the biggest problem. It's Too loud. Hotel location is the worst. High traffic area and hotel lobby music is turned on way too early waking up guest. Can't shower here. Our rooms shower head was spraying everywhere resulting in a constantly wet bathroom floor. The price is not cheap enough for the quality. Should be cheaper if they offer that type of disappointment.

Short trip

We had a nice stay at the Eco lodge. It's very close walking distance to everything in the town, it was nice and clean but basic. Staff were helpful and breakfast was basic but good. Only complaint is we were next door the the reception/restaurant area and they started playing music at 5.30am so not the quietest spot.

Nettes Hotel im Zentrum von Coron

Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Zum Glück gab es keinen Lärm vom Hotel gegenüber, wie das in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen war, ich habe 5 Nächte sehr gut geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage wird etwas laut, wenn man sie auf max. stellt. Da das aber im März jedenfalls nicht notwendig ist war auch das kein Problem.
