"The view was amazing and staff were very friendly. I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing. The restaurant was the most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica and to be honest, the food was not bad, but not good. Definitely not worth the money spent. We found food more reasonably priced and better tasting outside the resort. I would strongly recommend this site if you want great views, friendly staff, the feeling of being alone, and don’t mind no AC."

"¡Una experiencia inolvidable en Tiki Villas Rainforest Lodge & Spa! El lugar es simplemente hermoso, rodeado de naturaleza y con una paz que enamora. La atención fue excepcional: Ana en recepción nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto, y Don José en el restaurante fue un verdadero tesoro, siempre atento y amable. Pero lo que realmente nos dejó impresionados fue el restaurante. La comida es de otro nivel: el pulpo a la parrilla, el ceviche y absolutamente todos los platos que probamos fueron dignos de una estrella Michelin. No fue una cosa puntual, fue el conjunto completo: sabores perfectos, presentación impecable y un servicio de primera. Si no fuera por la playa, literalmente no habríamos salido del lodge. Sin duda volveremos, ¡y lo recomendamos al 100%!"

"Beautiful property. We saw macaws, parrots, a whole troop of toucans and there seem to be white faced monkeys in residence at the trees near the parking. Unbeatable views. Mango trees all around. It’s like staying at a local friend’s well maintained home. The staff is so sweet and helpful(thanks Yeik). We stayed a bit off season so maybe that’s why but it was very quiet and peaceful only saw 2-3 other guests. Just make sure you have a v6 SUV as it’s a steep grade up to the hotel and the food is not paved in sections."
