"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.

And we informed the staff regarding hot water I mean to say Gizzar was not working when we inform them they told that u have book the hotel probably 10 days before and u have to inform us regarding the hot water then we will make it arrange they said.
