"Room was clean, shower had good pressure and it was relatively quiet considering the volume outside. Staff was helpful, easy check in and check out. Only downside, both me and my husband got horribly sick from the food after our first meal there (didn't eat anywhere else, it was our first meal after arriving in India)and have now spent the last 3 days with bad diarrhea and vomiting."

"Just to be clear the area where the hotel is located it’s not ideal, since it is in an hiding alley. The area is also not attractive since the path is mostly mud especially when it rains. Also consideration if you are claustrophobic be aware there are no windows in the rooms "

"This is my favourite hotel in Delhi- it’s a little bit out of the way, but it’s set in a lush garden, with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished, generous in size and comfortable. Great staff on top of all this. "

"the red fort and jama masjid are within walking distance and there are vendors everywhere. the room was quiet and the air conditioning was powerful. I slept like a rock. the food down stairs was first rate some of the best i had in the country. i wish i had stayed longer "

"The shuttle is not free it is 1000 rupees. The hotel location is great if you want to see the red fort but it is difficult for some vehicle types to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Food was terrible, buffet was so bad now I am sick. They only serve half cup of coffee or Indian tea. The hotel is located in very bad area, red light area and beggars. Cannot rest, day time is very noisy with cars, 3 wheeler and at night dogs are barking."

"Room had Broken tile, broken wash basin, broken shower handle hanging out of wall. Sheets were dirty and had holes and were too small for the bed. bought a blanket to put on top so I could sleep. Staff was friendly but unresponsive. After two requests for a towel and no action I found one in open staff closet. Not told that I had to activate geezer switch to get hot water. And then hot water lasted only 30 seconds both times I tried. Hotels.com had this rated at a 10 with five phony 10 rated reviews. I have stayed in Delhi more than 20 times at 4 star to 2 star hotels. This was the second worse I have seen. There was also a disgusting brown smear on wall by the bed."
