"We arrived to Lisbon early and our check in didn’t start until 3pm but we got to the hotel around 12:30pm and were able to get our room around 1pm. Which was amazing thanks to friendly staff. Margarida was awesome. Very clean room, spacious bathroom and kitchen in the hallway with small fridge. Coffee, tea and bottled water available. Great location walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Even small grocery store. I’m not sure about the parking, we didn’t have a car. But we...

"There's no doubt that the suites square footage size, walkable location and access to subways were excellent .... superbly clean and well appointed ... drawbacks, upon a two hour early arrival with bags there was no human to be found for at least an hour and nowhere was there a chair in the lobby or hallways and even when later contacting management access to the suite was not allowed until two hours at the 3pm marker ..."

"Beautiful room in a great location, easily accessible to the Castle and ferries and main downtown area. Loved the room accept the AC didn’t get down to what it was set at and the bathroom could use a shelf in the shower and by the sink where there is plenty of room to add storage. Also outside was a little loud on the weekend and I had to close the window to help keep the noise out which made the room a little warmer on a June night since the AC doesn’t get cold but probably normal for Europe....
