"Very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Carolina gave us many good tips about the surroundings and restaurants. Room was extra clean. We were there in summer so AC was very welcome. We each had one suitcase and a backpack which made storage a challenge in the small room. Provided breakfast was freshly prepared and extras could be purchased."

My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move.
