chairs. It’s about a 10 euro cab ride into the little town of Altea nearby where there are little shops and restaurants. Also near the town is an ocean promenade with amazing restaurants. It’s a great place to experience resort-like atmosphere in Spain. "

"The hotel was lovely and absolutely spotlessly clean . The room was a good size with comfortable beds and a sofa . A big plus was the windows opened. There is a

on the roof which wasn't in use yet but we were able to sit up there in the sun and it is very pleasant. Wonderful view of the castle. Staff were friendly and and helpful. Well located for local amenities (bus to the airport not far away)and beach just 5 minutes. Hope to return again. "

Choice of cold meats and cheeses also choice of pastries. No tea/coffee facility in the room which was quite disappointing. Overall, stay was good and would stay again. Pink bar on rooftop has a spectacular view over the salt lakes and also houses the nice swimming
