"Great accommodation in a perfect location for the city. Lovely breakfast next door at Madness cafe. The hotel had very accommodating staff. Early check in of luggage offered and storage on checkout. Room had windows that cancelled noise on the street. Only complaint toilet seat in room 4 not great "

"Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. Overral the stuff was nice and helpfull Except for the arrival date. They advertised the Restaurant open till 23 PM well early afternoon we decided to get a bite 2 people in the kitchen will be looking at us ignoring us completely After my husband and I stood there for over 20 minutes we decided to go somewhere else"
