Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. Everything was really good apart from a bit complicated for a check in and no Wi-Fi service I normally don’t use it though but the problem is was not even 4G or 5G in my phone as well as no Internet service and that wasn’t good because as I am travelling around every day in a different city so I need to know what’s going on all the time but hey Ho

"Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...
"Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. The rooftop patio was beautiful and amazing as well. The view from the rooftop was of the castle also. Everything was fantastic "
