"Great time in the secluded Domaine de l'Adoux for a birthday weekend. Besides the fact that the whole Montclar area won our hearts as we cycled through it, we have to commend the friendliness of the owners, the top-grade food served for dinner, and the delightful chalet-style setting. "The place is a large farmhouse, 1000 years ago it was used by farming monks. 15 minutes from Barcelonette and everything the Ubaye valley and the Mercantour have to offer (We're hikers, but folks come here to bike or drive their Porsches on mountain roads too). Diane and Frederic are wonderful and attentive hosts and the home made breakfast will definitely make you come for more."

"J’ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel.
Tout est quasiment neuf, joliment décoré, un superbe emplacement avec vue sur la montagne. Un spa privatif, une borne pour recharger la voiture, on peut manger sur place aussi, et super petit déjeuner.
Et bien sûr très bon accueil de Will.
