"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"The place was updated, spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a view of the ocean and can hear the waves as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and also recommend it. "

"The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy working here. The room was very clean. The location was convenient, you could walk next door to eat, if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. The pool area looked nice, the pool is heated, we didn’t swim in the pool. The only downside, one of the elevators were down for most of our stay."

"Hands down one of the most relaxing and activity filled places to visit! Our cabin was more than we expected…it had everything we needed and it was squeaky clean. The only issue I had was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked (I love my bed at home). Last but not least, it is close to everything yet secluded. We will definitely return in the future!!!!"

"If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is not your place to stay. There’s construction going on that begins quite early in the morning, the pool is cold and there’s no food or bevarage service in the pool or beach area. Besides this, is a quite new building, the food in the main restaurants is great."

"breakfast wasn't that good, I like eggs but the only eggs they served were in the form of egg on bun with cheese or a biscuit with egg mixed into other things, no pure hardboiled or scrambled eggs to put on your dish. I went to cereal & yogurt as my go to, which was good. "

"Hotel was reasonably clean, however, green mold all over the balcony. Breakfast foods were good, but ran out frequently, including coffee and milk. Staff very friendly and seemed competent. It’s not up to the standard of the old Fairfield hotels."

"Everything is as amazing! The staff was so helpful and so nice (All of them)! Julie at the front desk was awesome. My beach shuttle driver, Roger, was absolutely fantastic. The front does young lady who let me into the gym at 5am the wonderful lady in the morning for checkout! Definitely pet friendly! I thought it was nice they have a little shuttle to take you down to the beach and pick you up! It’s just down the road but saves you from having to pay for parking! I didn’t want to leave the area...

"Had a balcony with ocean view. Our room was excellent and the beds were awesome to sleep in. The whole property was clean, staff was so kind and helpful and food was so good. Will definitely come back!"

"NOT on the beach. I repeat, NOT on the beach. It’s across the street and an over a block down the road, about 7-8 min walk. No beach view, there’s a ton of giant buildings blocking the view. The parking lot is tiny and we had to park down the street and walk most days. Hotel was clean room was decent. Not a bad stay, I would stay again, but I wanted to clearly state in this review ALL of Expedia’s info on this place are incorrect and outdated. Don’t get lied to like I did. So not on the beach...
