"Staff were great but the facility is not clean by any means, ceiling in room pealing and missing plaster, water damage along the walls and carpet stains throughout the room."

"The outside of the property was very overgrown and needed attention. There were people outside smoking on the patio (weed) and we couldn’t even sit outside. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, rooms are a bit outdated/worn. There was a very bright light shining in the room. Blinds closed but didn’t really block it, curtains wouldn’t close because they were broken. Despite having signs about quiet times it definitely was not. It was so loud. Maybe had we been in the back it would have been better. Being in the front facing parking did not help. Constant car door slamming, people talking loudly, alarms, loud stereos. There was also staff outside talking loud after 11pm. The people to the right of us would not stop slamming their door that evening, then it started again at 5:50am. At about 6:15 am a large van pulled up and a bunch of ladies got out, sat on the patio and were yelling, laughing so loud. We didn’t even eat breakfast, we just decided to pack up and go home. For over $100 a night to rest before we went home, we sure left tired. "
"Property was great! Day time staff was excellent. The hotel manager should have a conversation with appropriate conduct towards guest with the nighttime security guard. Rude and aggressive. . "
"I reserved a King deluxe room for 1 and when I arrived the room that I was assigned was a room adjoining another room and being a female traveling alone I was very uncomfortable with my accommodations, so I returned to the front desk and requested another room. At first I was told that they were booked solid and had nothing else available. I said that I would be willing to be downgraded to a queen room and they were no longer booked solid. So I accepted the new accommodations and when I got to the room, the air conditioner didn't work, only the fan could be adjusted not the temperature. I had been driving since 10am and by this time it was almost 9pm, and I was just too tired to even bother going back down at to the front desk, because I am sure that they were well aware that the air conditioner was not working properly they just hedged their bets that I would do exactly what I did, change and go to sleep because making another trip downstairs and having to move my stuff once again would require more energy than I had to offer. The next morning my suspicions were confirmed when I told the front desk clerk that the air conditioner was not working properly and they just nodded and proceeded to print my receipt and not even bother to apologize
This is the first and last time I will stay at this location, it definitely was worth over $100 for less than a 12 hour stay."
"Property is beautiful but SO expensive. In hindsight we would have been better off staying closer to downtown Nashville so we could Uber less. The beds weren’t comfortable and it was tight living space for 4 people and all our stuff. The staff were wonderful and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Make sure you can stomach flushing a $100 bill before you go to make sure you are ready."
