"It wasn't very clean, very rundown"

"Everything was clean and well kept up. Gentleman working the front desk at check in was very personable. The only downside of the stay was that there was no body wash or soap for the shower."

And during checkout…the desk staff gave me a key to a room that was occupied. Then gave a key to MY room to another patron. Definitely made me feel less safe as a solo female traveler"

"I wouldnt know, I was stuck in Grants pass and greyhound never picked me up, and when I finaly could get through to the hotel about it they penalized me 257.53 for not being able to leave Grants pass to make my hotel stay even tho I called as soon as I knew and no one picked up the phone."

"There was something weird about the property. There were quite a few people hanging around in the parking lot that would make one uncomfortable. They were there when I checked in, when I went out for dinner and when I returned. It was over three hours and they were still around - multiple groups."

"Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant."

"You really can't go wrong with a Hampton in. They check all the boxes. Never have had a bad experience at one. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent. Staff is always friendly."
