"The jacuzzi tub in the room is massive! And was very clean. Beds were clean and okay, a little on the firmer side. Staff was super nice. The carpet in the room however had stains everywhere and could really use a deep clean. Some mold stains on the caulking around the shower and sink. Overall it was a nice stay and we would definitely come back for that Jacuzzi room, the friendly staff and location."

"We booked this room based on reviews of an excellant full breakfast, starting early. This was the standard, boring continental breakfast and everything was very cold and inedible. We were there shortly after starting at 7:00. There is a great restaurant within walking distance that was recommended by the front desk for lunch/dinner. Dill's Deli - I can't recommend enough! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."

"The hot tub was very small 4 people or 6 people if family or friends. Never available, always full"

"Very run down inside room, bathtub backs up while showering chips in walls old furniture with holes drilled in tv stand. Breakfast was ok, just barely. The girl working breakfast was working hard to keep up. Beautiful courtyard though. This property needs to be refreshed. Probably won’t return."

"Staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room. Room was nice. Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained. Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise. The people above me were very very noisy for hours. Staff should be aware of extra loud people."

"Didn't need A/C in April so can't comment on that. Parking didn't feel safe as downtown area known for car break-ins...we just took everything out of car or out of sight, locked-up, parked under a light and crossed our fingers. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were like bricks...bring your own. Next to zero amenities. No lotion or any of those typical amenities left for guests to use. There are some handsoap and shampoo/cond. combos attached to the walls in the bathroom sink and...

"Staff is very accommodating. I left one of my bag at the hotel, the staff turned it over in the office rigth away. I spoke with the manager and in the process of sending my bag back in oregon. "
