"I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud...

"Stayed here one night with my family. The counter person was new, can't blame him for that, but can blame management. One person in front of us. 45 minutes later. We are up-painful, painful, painful. 45 minutes -1 hour to get checked in. I used Expedia-the room was paid for. Took 30 minutes to tell me I still owed money-because he was not trained for that, and was completely lost. There were 2 people after us-obviously mad. Someone stopped on there way out to tell us it took them 45 minutes too....

"Front desk staff are helpful and professional. The property is a dump. As a contractor my daily footprint is virtually unseen as all material and tools are put away and my area cleaned up at days end. I'm unsure if there are Renovations or just repairs that were happening ceiling tires were missing and broken debris on the floor hanging wires the elevator is absolutely disgusting. I hope I'm able to show the photos that I took of the property. This included the rooms which are outdated to say...

"For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking."

"Breakfast staff had an employee on one of the days that was compulsively rude and needed to be told several different times to leave our family alone. This resulted in that staff member spraying tables down and making sure the spray was hitting our family and food at the tables. Tried talking with management was told by a person at the desk they would talk to the employee. Submitted a complaint and received nothing back 6 days later. "
