"The room wasn't clean. The sofa bed was out and we didnt need it and they clearly didn't clean under it. The lift was broken to our room (we have a 2 year old with pram) we went to go to the kids disco at 6pm then found out they had cancelled as no one showed up to the 5.30 show but we didn't want to see that as its in French. But the staff just shrugged her shoulders and we was not the only family. So then there was nothing to do. The shops are excellent and out and about clean and tidy. Pool...

"Staff were great, spoke very good english, check in and out were easy and they stored our luggage for a while on the last day. The room was fine for our needs. Comfy beds and a handy little kitchenette which had everything we needed for out stay. The only downsides were the smell of smoke whenever the extractor fans kicked in at night, and the shower was odd. Temperature was fine, pressure was ok, but the curtain and the placement of the shelf bit meant you thought the bathroom would flood every...
