"The room was incredibly clean. Neal (front desk) and Richard (breakfast) are very kind and friendly. This was our second stay at this hotel - convenient to the convention center."

"This place is NOT well-kept and a staff that does not seem to be in control of the housekeeping. I had reservations for 2 rooms. My daughter’s room on the 1st floor smelled heavily of cat, especially some of the pillows. The tub was FILTHY with scum in particular. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Our room on the 2nd floor was cleaner smelling but the tub in that was filthy too but had pubic hairs in it as well. My wife was mortified! The breakfast/breakfast area was a joke. It was anything but quiet. We’ve stayed in ‘My Place’ hotels before…this was the worst."

"I paid $100 for one night. It’s exactly what you’d expect for $100. I’ve been to shower houses at campground with better showers. Breakfast had the appearance of food and the eggs and gravy were about the same color gray. "
