"I can not complain at all about the hotel....everything was exceptional. The room was clean along with the rest of the property. They offered shuttle service to and from all 4 Disney Parks and Disney Springs. The shuttles were always on time and usually early. The absolutely best thing about this hotel was the staff I interacted with. At the front desk I have to give a shout out to Fatima, Carly and Heather. They were very kind, personable and professional dury my stay. And in the breakfast area...

"Lo único bueno que tiene ese hotel es el área de juegos para los niños, porque la habitación estaba muy sucia, no había un microondas en la había, el personal del front desk muy amables pero los del horario de desayuno horribles, fueron demasiado estrictos pues a las 9:30 exactamente recogieron todo a pesar que había huéspedes que acababan de entrar. Nosotros no pudimos comer waffles porque ya habían recogido todo, la mantequilla se había acabado y cuando le dije a una señora me dijo que ya no...

"If you book on Expedia just know that the resort has daily fees that are not included in your Expedia amount. $35 bucks a day. The first room we were put in smelled horribly of mold. We got a new room with no issues. The hot tub is dirty or stained one of the two as well as the main pool. My biggest complaint though is the daily fees that are not disclosed with Expedia. You think you are getting a good deal but you’re really not."

"I liked the size of the apartment, the cleanliness, was not great, we left it cleaner than we received it. I was not told we would not get fresh sheets or towels for the entire stay, we were there 9 nights, fortunately there was a washer and dryer so we bought detergents and fabric softener to do them ourselves. They did leave a huge bag of what looked like 10 year old towels outside our door. We didn’t keep them as we had washed ours already. We tried calling the front desk for a towel bar...
