The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The breakfast buffet offered good variety with excellent service. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation whenever we visit Moncton in the future and we highly recommend it!"

"Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."
