"Very clean, well kept property. I was concerned about it being so close to interstate but there was virtually no road noise at all. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast room attendant was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our three night stay. Also, great location for exploring the Belle Mead and Franklin areas as well as being not far from downtown."

"On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up as it was barely warm. Rooms are spacious and water pressure great. Beds are soft and comfortable. Not much counter space in bathroom if you are a lady with hair styling tools and make-up bag and hair products etc. Parking spaces a very tight even in our small vehicle it was difficult finding parking where you could get out easily and not get your car dinged up. Tight tight parking especially for suvs and trucks. This hotel is right beside a circle k and interstate which our room faced and it can get loud at times with cars reving up at night. Near the hotel there are several good restaurants Teriyaki Madness, Hattie Bs, and Jim and Nick's BBQ are great options with amazing staff not far from hotel. Delicious food and plenty of shopping as well. We did the Nashville river cruise with dinner. Dinner was not good but the night cruise was amazing."

"We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes. We were supposed to be there 2 nights but left after 1. The smell was so bad."
