"Friendly & clean"

"They had a nice bed, but otherwise it was not that impressive"

"The room was pretty dirty and gross. The floors were filthy, we dropped some water and cleaned it up with a napkin and there was so much dirt on those floors. The shower had mildew on everything from the shower head to the handle. The tub drain was missing the stopper, the sink drain had no stopper, the toilet seat was chipped, the room always felt wet and the AC took hours to cool the room down at night. The towels were stained. The yogurt at breakfast was expired and the cheerios were stale....

"The pool was heated just right the room was clean the staff was excellent didn't use the fireplace couldn't figure out how to use it"

"It Smelled as soon as you walked in front doors… It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again"

The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. "AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained. "

"I lived in Gainesville for 30 years. It was exciting to come home and see this beautiful hotel so conveniently located in the middle of downtown with access to restaurants and shopping! This is exactly where you want to be. The rooms are clean, large, well appointed, and quiet."
