"The room in the Annex property about 150 metres from the hotel was compact and clean. Ideal for a single person. WiFi was excellent. Unfortunately I chose to eat dinner in the restaurant but did not get past the Amuse-Bouche which, though tasty, contained at least one shard of glass which though reaching my mouth did not get past the throat. When I brought this to the attention of a member of staff who had difficulty understanding my pigeon French interspersed with some English. She removed the glass without the expected apology nor any explanation as to what she was going to do with the offending piece. My hunger evaporated at this point, finished my wine for which I paid, and left. Breakfast in the morning was much as expected with usual mix of cold items and good bread. Would gladly return for the room but would chose to eat elsewhere. "
