"This is my favourite budget-friendly hotel to stay at in the UK. This is my second stay and this time it was during a heatwave, so I really appreciated the a/c. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The showers are powerful, the beds could be more comfortable, but they will do. The hotel is a two minute walk from a massive Waitrose supermarket and the rooms come equipped with a mini fridge to store whatever you need to. The included breakfast looks absolutely adequate, but I didn't eat it as...

"This was my favorite stay of three hotels in the London area. Alexandra at check in was outstanding, helpful, kind and got me an upgrade to a queen bed. The air conditioning worked! Hallelujah. The bed was firm and I loved it. The bathroom sparkled with cleanliness. It is convenient to Runnymede and Windsor proper. It’s about a 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants and the castle is within easy walking distance. I was only there overnight, but it won me over."
