Voco Newbury Hotel is a spotless place with beautiful, large rooms that have everything you need. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff was okay overall. The only downside is the noise, it’s very easy to hear everything from the rooms upstairs, including walking, talking, and other noises, which can be disruptive.

Our visit started with Christy at the front desk. We had arrived prior to check-in time. She found a room for us and quickly had us on our way to our beautiful room. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious; service was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall nice hotel

An overall wonderful place to stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable however there were old stains across the carpet but otherwise the room itself was clean and comfortable. The morning staff in the downstairs restaurant were very friendly and provided a wonderful service and delicious breakfast. Our only major complaint is the walls are thin. You can here next room conversations, babies crying, etc. The overall hotel and view of the river is fery nice as is the quaint town it rests in.

Beautiful property right on the River and friendly staff. Cool bar. Comfy bed. Only thing I didn’t like was a loud band playing in the adjacent venue that went in til after 10. Then it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
