"My experience was terrible, nothing I was charged for was available except the breakfast (when requested). No staff, no housekeepng, restaurant and bar noot available, deck unusable, no hot water, no fridge, no accessories, no kettle or coffee maker, flooded driveway and muddy entrance .... I could go on. I checked out after two days (of the five) and went down the road to Hibiscus Lodge. I'd give a lower rating if there was one. I'm submitting a dispute. "

I think the owners should allow a lease of the room where someone can invest in fixing up the rooms and rent it for the market price and pay the owner what the normally would charge. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
