"Overall; the service was outstanding!"

"Everything was very clean. Everyone was happy and polite. The friendliest staff I've ever seen on vacation. No gossip between employees means they're truly happy. Very refreshing. We'll be back for sure!!!"

"The place was clean and room was good size Staff were exceptionally pleasant"

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...

"The property is fine chill place to go for it’s price. Quiet and cool. The heat pool water had a weird scent so I would suggest maintenance on that but otherwise it’s worth the price"

"Easy Access to Beach."

"Extremely Disappointing Think Carefully Before Spending This Kind of Money As a frequent traveler who has experienced luxury properties in different destinations, I feel obligated to share our experience so others can make an informed decision before spending thousands of dollars on a Sandals vacation. We spent nearly $7,000 on this 3 night stay, and unfortunately, the overall experience was nowhere near the level of quality, service, comfort, or attention we expected for that price. I do want to...

I walked to and from the beach most of my stay which was about 20 mins each way. On one occasion I called for pick up about a hour ahead of time and asked if the driver could pick me up. I was told “I hope so.” The private beach itself is just “okay.” If you’re looking to do any beach activities, this...

"It was not deep clean, there was a big roach doing its thing, the scenery was pretty good location was excellent, stove needs an upgrade,"

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."
