"I have no complaints"

"Hibiscus is a hotel that harks back to the simple island feel. I do not want to impressed by the frills and glitz and then overcharged. Hibiscus had a comfortable clean bed and the room was excellent. I had a deluxe double and the balcony was excellent for relaxing. I took a walk down the stairs on the property and was able to swim to the popular snorkelling area and the tourist beach was not too far to the right. I wore earplugs to quiet the nightlife which was not excessive and was...

"The hotel rooms were filled with mosquitoes. The food was tasteless and terrible. The dining room staff were slow and impolite. The hallways were always wet or dirty. The hotel turn off all the outside lights at nighttime. Very scary property. I did not feel safe walking outside at night."

"Only thing I had an issue with was the channels and the netflix on the tv. Other than that one thing, I enjoyed my stay. I spent time in the pool on the beach by the bar. Tried the wings which were really good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me find my way around. They answered every question I could think to ask. Thanks again"

"Great hospitality"

"The security guards, Mr. Green and Mr. Brooks, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a wonderful stay at the hotel while sightseeing. Breakfast was served on time, and they addressed all our concerns. They were so kind and welcoming. We could watch our favorite channels, the hotel room was spacious, and housekeeping kept the space neat. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others visiting Jamaica."

"Great service, people, and food"

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."

"Superbly maintained grounds and a gorgeous beach hut room with semi-outdoor double shower and sun room. The food we had was delicious, the drinks strong and we had the best massage at the spa. A super relaxing long weekend."

"Not what I expected, hidden gem, peaceful and relaxing in the middle of Ocho Rios Very helpful staff, amazing chef. "

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the...
