The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "Don't stay here. First you will find the apartment is not owned by the hotel. It is privately owned and has separate rules not listed. We waited 5 hours for the host to show up before giving up and leaving. Expedia refused to refund $ we paid even though the host never showed up to let us in. A housekeeper finally did arrive and tried to charge us double the listed price for the deposit to let us in, Perhaps when pigs fly..."
