"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of Hotels.com customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. "TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "Was a great resort for my first time out the country. Many activities to do, a show every night, lots of partying. They def make sure if you’re around, you’re partying. GREAT food selection. Room was clean. Even outdoor bathrooms by the pool cleaned on a regular, which I appreciate because pool bathrooms can be very gross. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall a good family friendly resort. "

"If you are a traveler/vacationer who needs to take pictures of your room and enjoy luxurious facilities, then cardif hotel and spa is not for you! If however, you enjoy and value authentic interactions with seasoned hospitality staff as well as those that are in training then this is the place for you! The staff are wonderful! They catered to us like a community caters to it's returning residents. Brreakfast was of the kind and quality, that even after checking out, we returned the following morning as a walking customer for take out! Overall i enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance of the space and will definately be staying there again!"
