"Amazing room, helpful staff, tasteless food, limited pool activities for kids. It's charging hyatt prices for giving 3* experience. I would have gladly accepted the experience if it was 30% lesser to pay."

"Stayed at Bahia Principe Luxury Grand and it honestly didn’t match the “luxury” branding. Check-in was delayed and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:30 PM. From the start there were major issues with my room key—it didn’t work for over an hour on arrival and required multiple trips to security. It was never properly resolved either; the key continued to be unreliable and even failed again on the last night, forcing another long hassle just to get into my room. Service throughout the resort was consistently cold and unhelpful, with staff often coming off as dismissive, which made basic interactions frustrating instead of welcoming. Food was also below average—repetitive, inconsistent, and not reflective of a higher-end resort. The property itself looks nice, but the ongoing key problems, poor service, and weak food quality really bring the entire experience down. Would I visit Jamaica again? Yes. Would I stay here again? No. "

"The pool.and beach was excellent and food fresh, tasty and prepared carefully with people health in mind. A variety of meals are deliciously prepared daily at the hotel. Enough to choose from for every meal"
