"no hot water in the shower, no coffee pot or kettle in the room. Just a TV... very basic, but the price is quite low so although I'm pointing these things out, can't really complain. Staff very friendly and excellent. Restaurant is great"

"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I kept sleeping in because it was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the lofts made me feel very safe. I recommend the Punto Lofts to anyone needing to stay in the South of Mexico City. You will not be disappointed."
