"Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. "Cradle Forest Inn was a great location for visiting and hiking the Cradle Mountain Park. IMPORTANT NOTE - You must bring your own drinking water - the water there is not potable & must be boiled to be consumed! We had brought 6 litres which we had bought. Without it we would have been hooped. "
