"Booked through Expedia to turn up at the hotel to find out my room had been “cancelled” although I’d had confirmation from Expedia to say it hasn’t. Had to then re book the room through the hotel direct for a more expensive price. Sounds like a bit of a con.
Hotel is a 3 star so don’t expect the world, basics. Worst part about the hotel were the staff and the shower pressure was almost nonexistent.
Great if you want extreme basics in a hotel somewhere to sleep and that’s it. Otherwise look...

"Easy walk from the airport. Small room, no refrigerator, bed was squeaky, photo booth was out of order.

"Really nice clean hotel that is central to everything. Nice spacious rooms with excellent AC. Close to lots of pubs and steps from Victoria street. While the street was hustle and bustle outside it was quite inside the room. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Edinburgh. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.
If traveling by trains…we did walk here from the train station (and it’s very doable), but heads up, it’s a lot of steps and hills!"
