"Stayed here 2 weeks ago and gave it 5 stars. I stayed on the top floor and the room was so clean. This trip, I stayed on the first floor and the room had cobwebs in all the corners, the tub wouldn’t drain, and it smelled like pee and mold. I guess what floor you stay on matters."

"This was our second time staying here. Reasonable rates for an excellent hotel that’s in the heart of downtown Staunton. The room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very nice. We will stay here again if we come back."

"Rooms are clean and modern. The bathroom was very spacious. The pool was nice to have, but extremely chlorinated. Only issue was waking up to loud upstairs neighbors at 3:00am. We would stay again!"
