"No one there for check in i had to call the number above the door, was told the room number and the key was inside on the table.
The room was dirty, stains over the bed, holes in walls, front door wouldnt lock.
My calls to owner went unanswered, my partner back in Qld rang him and demanded all this be rectified as it wasnt safe for a female to be in an unlockabke room, he arrive 30mins later saw it wouldnt lock and put me in another room that did lock, 1st night there was a lady outside walking...

Stayed 3 times for work, but never again. This hotel is a severe health and safety nightmare.
Health & Water: The water quality is appalling. After using the tap on my last day, I suffered a violent gastrointestinal reaction. The shower water is so harsh it "burnt" my skin barrier. The room provided a rusty, broken kettle, forcing me to use my own spring water until it ran out.

"Lovely stay with my sister in Mornington. The location is great, walking distance into town and located on a very quiet street. Room was spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and a cute patio on the ground floor. Only thing to improve are the pillows, we found them very uncomfortable. Indoor pool and gym is also available. "The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine.
The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you."
