Six Sense la experience falls far short of expecta

Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.

とても素敵なホテルでしたが、到着時間はお伝えしていたのに自転車レースをやっていて通行止めの時間で、タクシーを途中で降ろされてしまいました。あらかじめ教えていただきたかったです。下ろされた場所まで迎えをお願いしても(子供が具合が悪かったのもその前に伝えていたはずなのに)外で30分待たされました。その後買い物に行きたくても山道を降る説明をされましたが、レースのためか道がありませんでした。送迎サービスがあると良かったように思います。

Guter Service, sehr schlechte Aussicht

Super Service, schönes Hotel, sehr Schade dass keines der Zimmer, keines der Restaurants, Pool, SPA eine Aussicht hat über die Bergen, die Betten sind SEHR unbequem und hart. Im grossen und ganzen sehr enttäuschend, würde nie mehr in dieses Hotel gehen.
