"The pool was closed due to health dept problems; we found out from a resident there. The property gave no warning prior it would be closed and no explanation. They offered no discount for this. We arrived after 5 and us reached out prior to coming to see what the procedure was if you arrived late. No one responded. When I called someone called me back quickly but gave me the third degree about not letting them know I was coming late. I did send a message 3 days prior asking what to do if we were...

"The location was wonderful! The property was beautiful! The only issue I have is that you check in at 4 PM on Friday and check out at 10 AM on Sunday. But you pay for two days. I did ask for an extended stay and they gave me up until 4 PM anyway. But we ended up checking out at 10:30 AM. Only because we already packed everything up and thought that we had to leave by 10 but otherwise everything was great and they were very accommodating."
