"I stayed there one night and found out red spots after. I went to urgent care and confirmed that they are caused by bed bugs. Talked to the hotel, they refused to admit their mistake first and promised to contact me for solution later. It never happens. The worst hotel stay ever. I have never been such angry at a hotel. I think a non-bedbug room is the basic for a hotel. "
