"Recently refurbished so all looked great and well maintained. Decoration modern but for me somewhat stark. It's a pity that one has to pay £10 for 24hr parking...should be refunded if staying in the hotel."

The primary reason I chose this hotel over others in town was the spa, and I was quite disappointed to find that it was inaccessible to hotel guests. It proved very difficult to book either online or in person throughout my entire visit. Given that the location is a bit further out from the city center, the inability to use the spa facilities significantly impacted the value of my stay. I hope the hotel...

"The cost for the rooms, dinner and drinks was very expensive for what it was. The bedroom I stayed in had a broken blind which let the light in, the bedside lamp was also broken, the Manager was grumpy, but two very nice waitresses. Otherwise not to be recommended at that price."

"Lovely friendly elegant hotel. Spacious clean room. Great amenities and let us store our bikes securely within the hotel close to reception. Reception staff could not have been friendlier or more professional. Great breakfast. Perfect central location."
