"Check in staff wasn’t friendly at all. Went to take shower in the morning and the body wash container along with the shampoo container inside the shower were both empty. Breakfast was just mediocre."

"I was staying in room no. 500 and I found bed bugs in my pillow case and on the walls of the room. Hotel managers have just been putting things on each other and have just been saying they’ll involve corporate office but nothing has been resolved by the hotel."
