"Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic."

"This is my favourite of the Liburnia hotels in Opatija, much more personal than the bigger Ambassador. The staff are always super-friendly, and the rooms are always clean and well-equipped. The food is always good, and the indoor pool is great for when it is too cold to use the outdoor one."

"Beautiful location and a gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff. Was made to feel very welcome in so many ways. The hotel is thoughtfully designed in a quiet and beautiful location. The breakfast was superb."
