"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."

"I have visited Baška several times starting in 2003. Nothing much has changed except that things are a little more expensive since going to the Euro. Baška is still a great place for a truly relaxing beach/outdoor vacation. We have always enjoyed the hiking trails, good food, and the many beaches. "Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen. Zimmer für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas klein, aber trotzdem alles da. Großes Lob an das gesamte Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist die Parkmöglichkeit sehr schlecht. Beim Hotel sehr eng und man muss den Schlüssel abgeben, damit die anderen Autos ausparken können... ."
