"Biggest issue we had was a slow draining shower. Told office on the 1st day, and nothing was ever done to address the issue. Otherwise, this is a clean, rooms serviced daily, affordable property in the Metairie area. Have stayed here on business trips for many years."

"It was in a convenient location and the room was okay overall however maintenance was definitely needed. The hook by the shower fell off when I attempted to hang a towel and also the towel bar over the toilet. Terrible view but I guess that’s to be expected in a city. Nice breakfast bar."

"Never stay here rooms are dirty we had a non smoking room it was gross it smelled so bad of cigarettes burn holes in the comforter. There are several bars across the street open 24 hours. Cars racing all thru the night. Door key never worked. Worst hotel ever. No pool water was green. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also right next to freeway so you get that traffic noise. They also charge a 100 deposit. "

"Definitely needs a makeover or touch up. It does take awhile for the hot water to get hot but it does. Didn’t like the cleaning lady knocking on door at 9am to find out if checking out. That information should have already been passed on at the beginning of her shift. Other than that 6.5 out of 10"
