"Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."

"Lux Belle Mare was just simply amazing and perfect!! All levels of staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you! The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you. "Chouette petite structure hôtel adult only surtout, personnel disponible et très agréable, suffisamment grand pour y trouver son petit coin. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié, thème varié formule buffet du soir, possibilité resto à la carte sur réservation. Formule all in finalisée sur place mais pas de système bracelets pour différencier les différentes formules, donc on doit signer pour tout ce qu on consomme et c est parfois un peu lourd. "Points positifs : Restauration de qualité, du choix et du personnel agréable. Massage dans un lieu très propre, du personnel extrêmement gentille, sympathique et agréable. Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur. Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar. Piscine, non concordance entre la brochure...

"Great hotel in the heart of Port Louis. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, relaxed and professional, they make you feel welcome for sure. The hotel restaurants are good and in the immediate area around the hotel there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "
