"Amazing hotel- great pool, breakfast and rooms. Lots and lots of positives. The only negative and i found it very frustrating was the front desk. Unfortunately the way its designed is they deal with all queries/request so its just a constant bottle neck - swimming pools towels, room problems, check ..."
