"We were not at the hotel for about 10 hours, but when I checked in, I got very minimal instructions and wasn't even told which direction my room was in. Then, when I checked out, I received no receipt and was told that my deposit would go back on my card, and it has not, and it's been a week. I am trying to figure out how to fix this error. It was overall clean, but dated from what we saw."

"This is a throwback to the 1980s hotel, physical key, older hotel, and it doesn't look like much from the outside. But the room and bed was clean and super comfy and everything was very nice inside the room. Not fancy, but a great place to stay the night for OSU graduation."

"Very nice budget hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that the walls were very thin. Breakfast was very good compared to similar hotels. They even had a waffle maker that made 1-4 mini waffles instead of one huge waffle. "Room appears decently clean, towels are fresh and soft enough, small bar soap is provided in room, NO shampoo/conditioner. No mini fridge. The bad, I did see and smash 4 small roaches, smaller than a pinky nail, probably at the end of the last spray Location is not bad to get around Salem"

"The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own."

"A dump. Bed was not made . The air conditioner sounded louder than a dump truck . The gun was from the 70s. No elevator. Had to carry my bike up the stairs. Bath tub was shipped . The smell was awful. Ended up leaving after not getting any help. Want a refund. Only there 2 hrs"
